التهم حريق غابات مدمّر مناطق واسعة من أراضي المستنقعات، بلغت نحو 12 ألفًا و500 فدان وهو ما يعادل 6.5 كيلومتر مربع، في منطقة دارت مور بجنوب غربي بريطانيا.
وبحسب وكالة الأنباء البريطانية (بي ايه ميديا)، فقد وردت العديد من البلاغات إلى خدمات الطوارئ بشأن اندلاع الحريق يوم الأحد، واستمر رجال الإطفاء في مواجهته على مدار نحو 24 ساعة إلى أن تم إخماده يوم الاثنين.
